Corporate Group Fitness Our on-site programs include balanced workouts through a variety of stimulating group classes structured for all fitness levels. Types of classes include but are not limited to Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, Kickboxing, Cardio, and Dance. We design the work-out schedule around not only the needs of our clients’, but also the needs of their employees.
Boot Camp We offer a multi-week boot camp program. This is a “down to basics” intense group workout for those wanting to jump start their fitness, or are finding themselves in a fitness rut.
Fit City Way to Lose The Fit City Way to Lose program is designed to promote weight loss, and to get those with a sedentary lifestyle up and moving. The program includes weekly weigh-ins, nutrition guidance, and fat-burning workouts. Through constant motivation, and work-outs geared for burning calories, results can be achieved.
Personal Training If a group setting is not within our clients comfort zone, or does not fit in with their work schedule, Fit In The City offers personal training. Our certified personal trainers provide the ultimate in convenience by traveling to your office, or company’s fitness center. Our personalized instruction will demonstrate how to correctly manage fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to achieve results.
Continuing Education Training We offer a variety of workshop courses endorsed by both AFAA and ACE for both those entering the fitness field and those continuing their education. Courses may be modified and/or created to meet the needs of your staff. These workshops are offered in 2-6 hour increments and require a conference room setting and/or group fitness workout room plus equipment. An on-site host is required to be present for the duration of the event along with pre-event marketing and promotions. Events may be held throughout the USA.
Speaking Engagements Looking for a new topic for your upcoming breakfast or luncheon meeting? We can provide you with a guest speaker with the knowledge of current informative wellness information on the following topics: Nutrition, How to lose weight, staying motivated on a workout plan, reducing stress in the workplace and how to lose belly fat. You can also provide us with a topic pertaining to wellness and we will research the material for the speaking engagement.
